Do ingame purchases count for lunar tokens? (and steam market?)

Does anyone know if ingame purchases count for receiving lunar tokens?
Or perhaps market purchases?
I sincerly doubt it (especially market purchases) but I still would like to know.

Market purchases do not count , I doubt in-game purchases do.

Yeah I figured as so. I do hope that in-game perchases do count, but I have my doubts aswell.
