Green man gaming gift card

I have a green man gaming gift card and i am interested in purchasing some games for pc but the question is can i do that?
As the site mentions that you can buy only ps4 and niintendo games but it doesnt really exclude pc games as when you try to buy a gift card from them there are no signs that you cant buy pc games.
