[Alienware Arena] Account Locked Out For Request Confirmation Email But Nothing

Hello, sorry if I'm asking here but somewhat related as some deals were in the Alienware Arena, hopefully some userbase are here.
My account is locked to "Check Email" page, while the Alienware Arena is sending no mail (spam included). It also surprise me if I really haven't verified my email since 2014. By locked, it means I can't go to its forum to ask this.
Did someone ever get this and know the workaround? I sent email to contact[at]alienwarearena.com but no reply yet.

I don't think it is a good idea. It also lead me to the support mail address. There is no help or troubleshoot-like section for Alienware Arena in the discord, only chat.

I agree with Tcharr. If you want a fast resolution contact the admins on discord under "report issue".

I do. Your link leads me to error. Manually, there is no "report issue" channel for me.
If it is the one unlocked after I sync my discord, then it is not possible. I'm locked even go to the setting.

Hmm, I'm at my wits end. Someone could report the issue on your behalf but you'd have them to trust with your data which opens another can of worms. Unfortunately you'll have to wait until support responds then.

Thanks though. I might try waiting for one week, then find help again. At least, I can still do my daily except daily quest.

I didn't have a problem with AWA, but I have had issues with certain websites not being able to send email to some email providers. If that happens, I usually just sign up using a different email provider.

Different issue. I did have some experience like that, changing to gmail always works, but now I'm using gmail.
Even if I had other email to try, it won't work as I'm locked to go to the setting.

open a new browser tab in incognito mode...and try again, this way you will be able to create another account

This is an issue that multiple people are reporting. You're more than likely going to have to wait till Monday before they can look at it and try to fix it.

they do reply but sometimes they take long time to respond to queries. i suggest you wait few more days or contact one of the mod via their discord server/dm on site.
