Completely agree with the first one. (I think it's been done now, not sure though)
For the second one though, after being redirected to the FAQ, I can see people going back and just creating it as the full version. I think it'd work better if there was some kind of system to verify that the game is actually the full version, rather than just an MP key. For example, people who have no previous giveaways, or people who have recently joined must have their giveaway verified as the full version before it shows up, whereas people who have given away games before (maybe over a certain value, or a certain number of giveaways, and possibly excluding things such as humble bundles) and have 100% positive feedback would be allowed to create a giveaway with no verification needed.
This would create more work for the mods of course, but there aren't thaaaat many Dark Messiah giveaways created now (from what I've seen, at least).

Since TRAUMA is added to the recent humble bundle, remove it from the list
Duplicate the game "Dark Messiah Might and Magic", and have 1 with "full version", 1 with "multi-player". While the Full version one lets you create a giveaway, multi-player takes you straight to FAQ
