This doesn't show anything but combat, so how can you base any assumption on it? The strong parts of Skyrim are it's world and exploration, not it's combat.

Makes me feel like I should wear 3D glasses with the game going 3D mode for a bit each time that you're hit.

Whatever the next non-MMO Elder Scrolls game ends up being will be the new Skyrim. I'm guessing High Rock and/or Hammerfell since I can't imagine Bethesda basing a game fully in the Elf, Cat, or Lizard lands.

Edit: of course we'll probably get a new Fallout game first
