Have you tried Aqua Teen Hunger Force. It's a little more Family Guy than Rick'n'Morty, but still pretty good.
Brickleberry is pretty good too.

Adventure Time is the closest thing to it, Archer is really good too, though different (he's also the same voice actor as Bob). Bravest Warriors on Youtube, I was some weird Youtube promotion thing, but the show is really good (from the same creator as Adventure Time).

Beautiful, emotional, fun, with amazing and weird world. And all of that just in a few short series! It's amazing how such long and detailed story could fit into such short time.

Nowhere similar to Gravity Falls. But The Boondocks is a very nice cartoon!

I haven't watched Gravity Falls but I can recommend most of the Cartoon Network line-up. Regular Show, Uncle Grandpa, Clarence, Steven Universe, Adventure Time, Amazing World of Gumball... some of them appeal to a more mature audience, some could still be considered cartoons for kids. I love 'em though. Not sure if they're something you'd like. I highly recommend Bravest Warriors, though. It's free and on YouTube. Two seasons available as of now, third one is supposed to come out next year. One of the best cartoons I've watched in the past years. Watch it - NOW!

The Life and Times of Tim, from HBO, you can find it easily on youtube

Sealab 2020 has some seriously intelligent parts, bordering on Arrested Development level, but a lot of it is rather base.
Phineas and Ferb has some surprisingly clever writing, even though it's aimed more at kids.

So i just finished watching Gravity Falls. I loved it! Some other animated shows i've watched recently and really liked : Rick'n'Morty , Bob's Burgers.
But really what i'm looking for is strange, random but really smart cartoon :)
Anyone has anything to suggest?

UPDATE: Thanks for all the suggestions guys! From what has been suggested i've seen Bojack(loved it,cant wait for new season),few episodes of Archer ( i might need to comeback to it),Venture bros (loved it) . I know about Adventure Time but for some unknown reason even to myself i'm avoiding it :D Might need to go over myself and actually try it out.
