Well, in broad, general terms, taking the average, yes. Both Indiegala and Bundle Stars had better ones at a single given day out and even Groupees had a few that easily outclassed a good number of Humble Bundles, but their average quality is most likely the highest.
They still had a number of terrible bundles though.

thats questionable. i would say indiegala. if you are part of the group buys steam group you can easily buy bundles from indie gala for $1 each. thanks to happy hour.

that in my book makes it the best. always getting 12-14 games in every bundle for a buck is nice

we should choose our own bundle with a variety of 100 games each tier. choose 3 games for tier 1 from 100 and bta 5 from 50 and high tier 2 games from 10? D:A:DS:D:ASDASDASD

That's what I thought about Anna's Quest too, but look at how fast they bundled it after its release. They firstly had it in a bundle months ago.
