I have played Zelda 1, 2, LttP, Ocarina, Oracle Seasons, smidge of Minish, chunk of Twilight Princess, most of Phantom Hourglass, Skyward Sword, Link between worlds, BotW, TotK, and Echoes.
I loved/hated 2 around when it came out, and have fond memories and would also like to jump up and down on the cartridge until it's tiny plastic pieces. Save states makes it more fun.
Favorites are Link Between Worlds and Echoes for top down neat gaming and story. I like BotW as more of a classic 3d adventure. I like TotK as a sequel that made the BotW map fresh again.

Almost all of them? I've got a soft spot for Oracle of Ages/Seasons and Link's Awakening. Majora's Mask and Windwaker are pretty damn good, too. I've never beaten Skyward Sword, though I really should now I own it on the switch. Only ones I'd not recommend to people are the first two games, Four Swords, and I suppose the CDI games, though I haven't played those two.

All them honestly. Except the new ones. I can't afford those. I prefer the top down ones, but they were all good good. I guess if I HAD to pick just one though, a link to the past would probably be it. I've played it the most anyway. I also liked a link between worlds, but probably because it tried to keep to the spirit of a link to the past.

It was Wind Waker for the longest time, nowadays it's Majora's Mask. Both have immaculate vibes, but MM is the overall more polished game at the end of the day.
Still haven't played TotK and A Link Between Worlds, though, so who knows if they'll dethrone MM when I get to them.

Link's Awakening, I used to speedrun it so I've played it a lot. Then it's probably Majora's Mask (only played it once, but the time loop and the music were amazing) and Link to the Past. I haven't played any past Twilight Princess (despite owning a Switch :x ).

LoZ is a weird franchise for me, where I either love a game and get sucked in 'til the end, or I lose interest partway through and never finish it, lol.
Favorite 3D Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Twilight Princess. If I had to choose just one, OoT, since they're fairly even for gameplay but OoT has the edge for the story and characters.
Favorite 2D Zelda: Oracle of Ages by far. Honorary mention to Minish Cap, because although I never finished it, I love its characters.

Funnily enough, I had the most terrible luck with Nintendo games growing up. I was a kid during the Wii era and the only games I could get were through gifts. I asked for a Zelda, what I got was Link's crossbow training (sidenote, I also asked for a pokemon and got Pokemon Battle Revolution). Even though this was the only zelda game I played, it still can't be my favorite one hahah

OoT. IDK if I'd like it today, but back then, it was peak gaming for me.

While I haven't played it, The Legend of Zelda: Eggarina of Time is said to be one of the best. Does it really worth playing in 2025, while not having played it at all?

Ocarina Of Time was a groundbreaking game when It came out. The music and atmosphere is amazing, day and night changed what you could do. Just being able to check the lights of Kakariko Village from Lon Lon Ranch at night was something new for me. Now It may be standard.
I keep reading Majora's Mask is really good. Never had the chance to check that one out, and being against time is not my cup of tea.
I watched my nephews play the Wii ones. I think I bought them Skyward Sword but I never tried to play them. I became the viewer.

Oh boy, how do you rank your children? I guess in a numbered list of the top five:
1 - Minish Cap
2 - Link to the Past
3 - Breath of the Wild
4 - Ocarina of Time
5 - Oracle of Ages
It's been a busy few years, so I do still need to play Tears of the Kingdom and Echoes of Wisdom. I have a feeling those will shake things up!

So today's Gamefaqs Poll of the Day got me wondering.
What's your favorite Legend of Zelda game?
Mine would have to be a tie between A Link to the Past and Wind Waker. There was something about Wind Waker that made it fun again.
What's your favorite? I'd make a poll, but there are just too many titles.
And as a small treat, a Jigidi GA.
