I heard some people who have twtich recivers in their town/city or near can do good streams with 1-2MB/s
But I have 75/4 and nearest connection is 1500km away, and can barely stream

you should probably put up how often etc you want them to stream. :P streaming once a week is way different to streaming every night.
I'm guessing 'tons' of new games you want someone who can put a lot of time in.

also add timezone maybe? australia vs europe is quite different, for example.
may be interested in doing it, I've got all the options ticked (at least I think I'm funny) but honestly it depends on more details.

u could see if Indiebob is interested eventhough he has his own steamgroup he might be interested the viewerbase from ggg would be helpful would offer it myself next to my work but my inet connection is crap atm ><
