So... My old email was stolen and i change my email and can the owner http://www.steamgifts.com/giveaway/rNyRW/serious-sam-double-d (of this) can send to my new email ?

Why don't you just add them on Steam? If it's the same account than the one who won the giveaway, surely it works too. Also, posting here in the forums probably won't do you good anyway.

Whatever your email was on steamgifts when you won is probably the one they received to send to.
