How to make custom controller look like a xbox 360 controller?

So i have some cheapass Speedlink controller, which i rarely use anyway. Is there any software (for pc ofc) that would make windows or games into thinking that i have xbox controller, with appropriate binding settings?

I use it as well - easy to use, VERY configurable and can have different profiles with different key bindings, analogs sensivity etc, for different games :>

I use Motioninjoy Gamepad Tool with my PS3 controller. Don't know about others, but you can pair it with a bluetooth adapter and play wireless.

Motioninjoy is good too, but it's only for playstation gamepads.
