I'm unable to create new giveaways

when i try to create a new giveaway its says "The maximum number of giveaways based on your current feedback score has been reached. Once your current giveaways come to a close, and gifts are received, you'll be able to post additional gifts." and I don't have any open giveaways but all my past ones were closed

  1. Open a support ticket.
  2. Pray they open the support tab within the next 6-8 months.

Send a request to support; but it will take forever. I did mine 2 weeks ago, heard back nothing.

The fact that you closed them is good. That shows you can recognize your mistakes. Now, all you need to do is learn from your mistake. A good start would be reading the FAQ.

First i read the title i knew why you cant create more...look at your giveaway list..we cant help you...only support can.
