Laptop overclocking can be pure luck. Some perform worse with an overclock (mine does horrible with an overclock). Also the heat generated on a laptop with an overclock is tremendous unless you have amazing cooling.

I kinda tend to think the OP probably partially fried his GPU.
Back in 2007 I built a machine where I put dual 7600 GS GPUs into SLI, and got STUNNING frame rates in everything I was playing. Then towards late summer after a heat wave, my framerate in everything just fucking tanked. After hours of troubleshooting software trying to figure it out, I opened my machine and found that one card was half dead because the fan was evidently made of a plastic that couldn't actually handle the heat and melted off the center post. Since the other card fan was active I never noticed, and so that 1st GPU heated up to the point it blew out several capacitors, and lost well over half the functionality.
Mind you, I never OC'd those. However, it's being used as an example of how heat can effect a GPU. Laptops have VERY poor cooling generally, and the idea of trying to OC something in a laptop is incredibly stupid. My first assumption is that the OP OC'd, which put out enough heat on the GPU that it has fried several components on it. Since OC'ing in that case likely voids the laptop warranty, and you basically cannot buy a GPU separately for a laptop... I tend to assume that the OP has likely destroyed his laptop.

The Nvidia GT-M series runs pretty hot by default. Right now mine is sitting at a cool 80+C and I'm not doing much with it. It pushes high 90s stock so I can imagine OC'ing one of these would crack the 100C mark easy.
These are not integrated cards however, and should be removable if damaged.

Always, always always, dump your original bios, settings, etc. for precisely problems like this.
So, if you were lucky, your laptop was throttling to prevent itself from overheating or frying itself. If it did that, you have hope. It could be that you're not applying your settings right, your voltages are sticking, etc.
If you actually damaged your GPU, motherboard, etc., you're screwed. No fixing that.
I suggest you go to a PC overclocking forum. It's been a while since I've done anything like this so I can't really help you but I definitely think you'll get better help there.

so im curious about how to overclock a laptop so i overclock my GT 730M unfortunately after i overclock it my minecraft's fps is slow then after that i reset the settings to default clock and restart my laptop. then after i play minecraft again the fps is still low. my fps in minecraft before i overclock is 60 and after i overclock it was only 30. it was a bad idea so i reset it. please help me. the same thing i did when i install shaders mod before it was 22-25fps now 13fps. how can i fully reset it to stock settings? i use msiburner.
