Can anyone help me figure out what this game is?

I watched a YouTuber play this game a few years ago, and I want to check it out again. However, I have forgotten both the YouTuber and the game. If someone could try to help me piece together the title of the game, I would be forever grateful!

It was a game that was pretty much waiting for the apocalypse. The main character was a man with a wife and a little daughter. You played through around a week until the apocalypse arrived, at least as I remembered it. I believe you had to go to work every day as well. That's all I remember at the moment. If anyone could point me in the right direction, that would be amazing!
