Hi, i wish to ask about something and i wonder if this is correct place though...
Anyway:
Let's say that i've won a giveaway and i've received the game key.
The key don't works because is clearly region locked, what should i do about it?
Contact the user? Send a ticket?
In the GA description there was nothing about the key being Russian (this is just a guess, being the user a Russian), sadly enough i'm not the only one in this position with this user.
Thanks in advance for any answer.

Contact the user, ask him for a regionfree copy else mark as not received after 7 days.

it might have been a mistake since some sites sell region-locked keys without warning.

you can contact the ga creator, and ask for a ROW key. if he doesn't do it, just mark the ga as not received and move on.

you can also let the ga creator delete the ga (optional).
