   You can always look for unofficial/small cd-key resellers but there are some risks like region-locked keys(they don't always inform about that) and/or not fully legit keys if you pick shady site - if they want you to use VPN to activate game stay away.Right now in Poland at leats there is Russian key for around 9-10Euro but you are clearly informed that activation require VPN connection(you know the risks) or legit EU/Box for around 14-15 Euro. I trust only two of local resellers(and there are like a dozen or so in my country) and i don't really know which ones available worldwide are "trustworthy". You have to do additional research.
