Yep, one's for the DLC and the other one was for the base game. Figured it out by trying to activate the 2nd key first. No clue was left in the key page about which is which. Thank you anyway and sorry for opening up this thread.

So I prepurchased Dungeonland from Green Man Gaming about a week ago, and today I got a link with two activation keys. Was wondering if those were 2 copies of the game or if one would be the key for the game while the other one would be for that pre-purchase bonus (the free DLC.) Any ideas?
