Is Hearts of Iron IV worth it?

So, I was waiting the summer sale to buy hearts of Iron IV and Stellaris. The Summer sale came and Hearts had no discount and Stellaris just 10% off.

I'll buy Stellaris because of the new updates that fixed some issues. But i don't know if it's worth to buy Hearts of Iron, What do you think? I'm really need some help.

if you have the humble monthly, you allways saves 10% on the humble store. so there is no need to buy hearts of iron for full price... i even would buy stellaris there just to support their charity projects^^
