store.steampowered.com/?cc=us then search for the game, and click "download" steam will open and start downloading, worked for me with Bloodline Chempion

Man, this is just as screwed up a people defining "America" as being the U.S. I guess the other 34 countries don't count.

I can't play AoE in my country. If I were to buy a DLC from work (proxy USA) would the game then appear in my library?
I heard a few stories about somebody else buying a game you can't buy and gifting it to you... any chance this stuff works?
