I'm pretty sure none of the HIB giveaways give points away kijib.

And personally, I'm of the mind that steamgifts should not allow 'any' HIB3 giveaways until after HIB3 is finished. Otherwise we are costing HIB3 potential sales and the like. Blahblahblah, it's been discussed in the HIB3 thread already.
