I'm trying to figure out what you might have in mind buuut it has been proving difficult..
I have a feeling of what you might be saying but we are veeery far from that. "AI" isn't AI and smart programs are as smart as their dev and as complicated as someone can explain to a skilled dev.. But succeeding in differentiating personal preferences so far has failled miserably. Trying to create/generate a fantasy has also failled miserably.
To solve those problems would make you in the least a billionaire.. Be it for the greater good or just to have innocent.. fun^^
For video and game purposes I've seen some ok-ish attempts but they are all generic af.. Same with art and videos.
Not sure what breakthrough you are looking for but currently, it doesn't exist.

you are dealing with humans. in a very peculiar moment. is not that easy to get in touch and you always, always have to have maximum respect.
also, you're in a room with 100's screaming "gimme cocooock", 24 hours per day.

"camming" sites are not new, here. have used in the past and i know few little things about that world, so thought it might be a good start.

site has a function (will change name) "You may also like these performers...". talked a lot with performers. also spent tons.
mind you, too many times, too many, what looked to be a "simple" performer, was an hella good marketer. so, asked few of them how they think that "recommending" function was working. they generally say it's cause of tags (say you can use #italian to catch more visitors) site is using.
i have no actual data and it's just a sensation but it seems to me that is using tags, yes, but it's also "actually looking" at performers.
