There is NO montly giveaway required and you dont have to create a giveaway for entering (you may, but you dont have to). you have to create a giveaway if you win another giveaway in this group. if you dont win any giveaways in this group, you dont have to create giveaways ;)

I just created a new group for contributors only, called Contributor's Club 2013!
If you want to join please make sure, you contribution value is at least $310.00.
Max. Cap - 31
These values are so weird because of today (31.01.2013) =)
Rules:
01 - Do not beg
02 - Be polite and respectful
03 - Have an existing steamgifts.com account
04 - Contribution value must be at least $310,00
05 - Do not regift and do not gift DLCs (gifts shouldn't be bundle games as well)
06 - Be online in steam regularly
07 - Create another giveaway (no contribution value) if you win something in this group within 5 days
08 - Accept decisions made by an admin
09 - Post the link to your group giveaway in the giveaway thread
10 - If you don't want a game, do not enter the giveaway
If you want to join, just comment on this thread. My first giveaway will be "Borderlands - Game of the year".
