Ungh, believe me and delete Prototype 2 from your wishlist if you're an AMD user. That game has serious, unfixed bugs. It's becomes nearly unplayable after you've spent some time in the main story -.-*

Well, I haven't seen someone mentioning ARMA 3, but as I know you're an avid co-op player that game could be something for you. It's strength is more the sandbox-mode than the real story. It has a variety of mods that give unlimited content for you an your friends to play. So maybe that's an option - if you have people to play that game with.
The basegame may even drop below 75% off for the first time this sale. Oh and keep in mind that it can take some time to get the controls down, so you will have to spend some time just learning those.

Oh besides, have you played Sleeping Dogs? I'm replaying the definitive edition lately and it can certainly compete with the GTA franchise (and is far better than prototype). so if you öike those open world games, make sure to check it out!

Slime Rancher is a solid choice but it's not a finished game so I would probably recommend you wait for it to leave Early Acess.
Final Fantasy X I didn't beat yet but the port is good quality imo and I would definitely recommend it. X-2 seems disliked but I'm thinking you might enjoy it anyway just based on your taste.
Akibas Trip I didn't play yet but it's the one I voted for since I want it a lot. :3

From the voting pool, I picked Danganronpa -- I hadn't actually seen that one before, but after checking it out I added it to my wish list :) It joins Akiba's Trip and Deadpool on my wishlist along with a lot of other games! (Danganronpa is now actually #555 on my wishlist; I gave up trying to prioritize them, and so it is just the order in which they are added.)

GTA V will give you the most hours for your money, in my opinion. Though not necessarily the most fun of course. Go with whatever game you want to play most.

GTA V is a solid choice. Ys or Ys Origin if you like action. I saw many Japanese games. The newer games might hit 50% during winter.
If I were thrifty, I'd just buy GTA V and finish up Fallout 4, Witcher 3 or other backlog for the next 6 months.

GTA V is a great choice, Danganronpa is also on my list, deadpool i would say if its below 10, and akiba is another really great game definitely one of my favorites(also just announced a second one coming out)

Also, Akiba's Trip is awesome if it goes on a decent sale. Danganronpa is my first choice though, I bloody loved that game, if you get GTA V though play the multiplayer with me, I have no friends to play with :(

GTA V probably will go for 45% or even 50% on sale, so you can get that!
I TOTALLY recommend Final Fantasy X/X-2! It's a newer release, so you might expect a 10% or even 20% discount.
Dead Rising 2 is a very old and fun game, that game easily can go to 75%, including the DLC's.
Danganronpa games might go for the 20%/30%...
Low priced games (Nekopara, Hotline Miami 2, etc) can go probably to a 50%... Wait... Nekopara? :O

I wont recommend what to buy cause what someone enjoys might not be the case for the rest but i will share my method of picking what to buy each sale. First thing i do is open my wishlist and taking a notebook and starting from number one till the end i go through the games i have wishlisted. Once i find a game i feel like its time to get it or cant w8 anymore i write it down and besides i write the price i am willing to pay the highest (this i do cause we are all getting blinded when we see discounts and our minds are not working correctly so its nice to know what i was willing to pay b4 getting hit by the fever)
Once this is done i always end up with 25-30 titles that is when the star rating comes once i have all my wanted games and i sum up what ammount of money i would spent without planning i take a second careful look givving 3 stars to the titles i would buy without hesitating 2 stars to the titles i might buy or w8 at least one more sale and 1 star at the titles i realise it would be an impulse buy but still get them if lets say i would pay 5 euros and its priced for 2 somthing like that. Once this is done i end up with 8-15 games per sale and always in badget which is for me around 100-200 euros each time
Lastly i have to admit my system isnt perfect cause i do get hit by fever and i always ending getting something more or a game i didnt plan but everytime i keep a record to value me afterwards it never passes 15- 25 euros so i think i dont need help yet, Also to most i get it it sound boring but i love organise stuff and making lists :P hope i helped you or gave you some idea

From the list I voted GTA V, likely to have a 45 to 50% sale and will last you for a while. Deadpool is a fun game and will make you laugh but it's short and once you finish it, there isn't much replay value to it.
As for your wishlist I would go for Deus Ex: Mankind Divided, won't be on the sale and only comes out on August but if you liked the previous games, can't go wrong with that one.

Buy Armello. It's a pretty fun game. Plus you could give a try to Bulb Boy, it's still in bundle on HB.
