when last did you win a game and why did my win percentage go down it was 35% now its 26%

It goes down because more people joining the giveaways you entered and the stat is per day so giveaways already ended will also decrease the remaining winning chance for a day.

why did my win percentage go down it was 35% now its 26%

it's the sum of the individual % of wins. It decreased because
a: more people entered giveaways and it decreases win chance
b: some giveaways already ended, leaving fewer GAs to win a game from.
