How many times did you have to re-roll and why?

Zero, clearly my winners are better than yours! ;D

Once, because I did two giveaways for the same game in a small group, and the same person won both of them.

Four times. Once because the winner didn't follow the special rule (back when this was allowed), the rest because the game already was in account.

How can they enter your giveaways if they don't have the base game?

I have a few from giveaways for the S. Losers group.

A couple from people already owning the game.

Then a few from people winning more than one of my Fortix giveaways at the same time.

Only once because the winner blocked me in steam, I sent it through e-mail anyways but he never accepted the gift either.

5 rerolls - 4 didn't own the base game and 1 was because he obtained the game and forgot to remove his entry.

I've had to do it quite a bit, but I imagine not everyone checks for non-activations and regifting every time. I've had about 10 rerolls in the last month I believe and most were non-activated games and a few of those regifted.

Twice, both for not activating previous wins
one of them had like 30 wins and no activation, he got a permaban. that's ~29 wins no one checked the winner at all

only one cause he did not accept the gift after a week

That's really weird, I clearly remember requesting a re-roll which was re-rolled at least two times, but I can't find it in my re-roll request support tickets. :x

Cus my winner had won the same game 4 times in 2 days ... and regifted it all 4.

I asked a reroll for a gift I won once to the giver. Does that count? Sometimes a 'collection' and an 'extended edition' does not realize you have the game and dlc in account.

48 times. Usually either winner refusing GA (won/bought it already and forgot to leave GA) or broke rules.

Every 8th giveaway, always because someone already had the game and admitted to that. So for now, 14

Too lazy to count, one and half page of support tickets. Never again ill make giveaway for dlc. Ppl are way too lazy to check if they own it.

Lots. Last year especially when I had several giveaways running for Retro City Rampage, I got about 8 people winning multiple times. If I remember correctly one of them even needed a reroll after being selected as the rerolled winner.

It wasn't a big problem, just a little amusing.

3 consecutive times, winners had not accepted my friend request and also avent seen their emails O.o

One time for a user how did not realize he already owned the base game of a bundle, two times I got user that were kicked out of a group
Canceled:
One person that had unactivated gifts, but was too long ago and one I canceled cause it was for violation of group rules and we were too lazy to discuss if that's a reroll reason ;)
