Humble Civilization Bundle

Let's keep this civil. Civilization is upon us! Humble's bringing you a whole bundleful of it, from III to Beyond Earth. There's also a coupon for 20% off Sid Meier’s Civilization® VI and another coupon for 25% off Sid Meier’s Civilization® VI Digital Deluxe, so you can be fully set up for the upcoming DLC. P.S. We're not saying watch out for Gandhi, but watch out for Gandhi.

Please note I'm not as efficient as MilleW when it comes to bundle threads. I need to fix a couple of things on the chart, add some extra information and all the flipping notes regarding Humble's flip ups.

Lowest BTA: $4.04 (?)

Wondering what games you already own from this bundle? There's an extension/UserScript for that! It's called the RaChart™ Enhancer!

This script enhances the charts by showing you which games you already own from the ones in it. If you own it, the row will be highlighted with a green color.

Thanks to MilleW for the heads up and to Sighery for making our lives easier with each update of his charting tools.

Handling your wallet to Humble Bundle today?

View Results
Yes, $1 for them.
Yes! I'm BTA!
YEAH!! TIER3!!! SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!!!!!
I'm not sure yet, I have to check if my wallet still has something in it...
No. I'm not giving my money to those communist millionaires.
I see millions of repeats...
I'm broke. Please stop this bundled madness!!

Coolio, still had all of Civ V's expansion packs on my wish list so this is an insta-buy :D

If Beyond Earth was in BTA tier and CIV VI was included in top tier everything else being the same, it could have been a great bundle...
As it is now, it is just repeats for most people.

I guess BTA won't go any lower since there is no point in getting the lowest tier.

Indeed. Beyond Earth + DLC's on BTA would have been a insta-buy for me (although it would be under-valued, at that price).

DLC would still be in the top tier, but considering how many times Beyond Earth was bundled before, it could have been in BTA imo.
under-valued? Isn't that what bundles are about in the first place?

Well I agree, maybe a $30 top tier above everything else could be possible.

Bought the BTA for 4.07 USD, once I heard they were separate keys.
I'll probably keep Civ IV complete and GA the rest.

Notice that the keys have some kind of region lock. Mine said "europe".

Where does it say that-- where would I look for that? I'm not seeing anything atm.

Told me when I activated the key. Not sure if HB will warn when making gift links.

Permalink

Well, maybe to be safe I'll use the (relatively new) North America SG region.
Or I suppose I can put in a disclaimer in the GA ("if it doesn't activate due to HB region-lock, you agree to a reroll.).
But I'd probably just go the NA region-lock route to avoid the hassle. Or direct-gift.

Civilization V Complete will probably be in tier 1 in the next humble civilization bundle, so, I'm out.

I don't think so, but maybe Civ VI will be in Tier 3.
For Civ V, maybe the base game will be in T1

I was expecting this for a long! I want Civ V so much, but it isn't that cheap around here

I'll probably end up buying this. Great games and charity, that always seem to work on me.

BTA under 5$ is a really nice deal, but they were bundled sooo many times already. At least some people can buy it, some money goes for charity and such ( and I save money by not buying, that's good for me :D )

Shocked to see Beyond Earth still so expensive, especially now with the new one out too! I suppose having VI in the top tier was out of the question and they needed something...

Guess we will have to wait for the next Civ bundle to get BE cheap.

Great bundle for who needs Civ 5, but for most of us not interesting.

So...any ideas how to create a GA for "Sid Meier's Civilization V DLC" Can such a thing be added to the giveaway list?
Maybe make the GA for Double Civilization and Scenario Pack: Spain and Inca and give a bunch of freebies along with it?

I can confirm region lock on CIV4 keys, at least tier 1. Oh, 2K, you again with your bullshit - good thing that i choose that you'll get 0$ from me, my dollar goes to charity and not to those greedy smugs. Also, HB is fucked up again, i got 2 Civ 4 keys, and when i try to choose gift to friend option with second one it says to me this:

This key is not available in the following countries: BD, MN, VE, BN, BO, JP, BT, HK, BR, FK, TL, LA, TW, PY, LK, NZ, KP, TH, PE, NP, PK, PH, CO, CN, CL, CC, CA, EC, GF, CX, AU, GY, IO, VN, ID, UY, MV, MM, SG, MO, KH, US, KR, AR, SR, MY, MX. If the person you're gifting this to lives in one of them, Steam might prevent the key from being redeemed. Would you like to continue?

So, i guess i can gift my RU/CIS key to ROW users then? What the hell Humble.
