If i buy one month membership, i can get key for Dungeon Defenders? http://login.ign.com/prime/promos/dungeon-defenders/?display=notAuth
It will be released in IGN prime in january 2012
And what game is included in this month?

Yes, i buy it, but Dungeon Defenders is only example, did i can get game released in ign prime in for example february or January?

Nope, now (might have been different before) you can only get the indie games in the specific month it is featured: "Get Dungeon Defenders Free! All of May! Download Now!"
If you try to get your Spaz key now (from last month) you get this message: "Sorry, it's a new month and Spaz is no longer available. Be sure to check out our next free indie game of the month. "
You will however probably get a copy of King Arthur for Steam and Crusader Kings Complete for Gamersgate if you sign up now.
