Hello Steamgifters,

I've got two questions, maybe somebody could help me with them:

  1. on Wednesday morning, I won a giveaway for Overlord II. The creator sent me a key, but I couldn't activate it on my account (don't know why, maybe it's a region restricted key?). I tried to contact him via the giveaway page but didn't get any answer.
On wednesday evening, the new Humble Weekly Bundle came out which also included Overlord II. I activated it on my account and suggested a re-roll to the giveaway creator, because I wouldn't need his key anymore, but he didn't answer me.
I also wrote a message on his steam profile, but he seems to have deleted it.
So what should I do after the 7 days are over? Technically, I didn't receive a working key, but I also don't need a new one anymore. Should I mark it as "not received"?

  2. I bought two Worlds Apart bundles from Bundlestars, one for me, one for my Stadium Quiz. This bundle included a key for Crash Drive 2 which gets you an additional gift copy when activating the key.
One of the Crash Drive 2 keys is used for my quiz, so that the winner will receive the game + the additional gift. The other key was activated on my account so that I have one additional gift of Crash Drive 2 in my inventory. May I create a giveaway for this game although the winner would only receive one copy (without the gift)?

Thanks a lot for your suggestions, have a nice weekend! ;-)

You could additionally copy/paste your "point 1" into the GA page, so support can do a reroll/deletion, if the creator asks for one. Apart from that, do as zareh proposed :)

edit: Hum... somehow I missed the part where you wrote, that you already did that. ¯_(ツ)_/¯
Sorry about that. Have a nice weekend, too :)

Thanks for the responses!
I already wrote on the GA page that a re-roll would be fine for me after I activated the Humble key, so that should be enough.
