Yes. Most of the time each HH lasts closer to 23 (but not quite 24) hours. It's never exact though so don't leave it to the last minute to purchase. And IG can always throw a curve ball and end it early, so buy it s soon as you can.

Yes, if you want one bundle, the first 24h price is the best, if you want extra bundles HH price better, the best price is when 41 bundles bought, that way split price of this bundle is ~1,4, 1,48usd on Groupbuy.
