"Awaiting Feedback"

How long after a giveaway ends are we expected to wait for the winner to redeem the gift? I set up two giveaways (Freedom Force and Call of Cthulu) that ended a week ago and neither winner has redeemed them yet, so my profile is still on the "Awaiting Feedback" and I'm not able to enter any contributor giveaways. When is it appropriate to relist the games?

I didn't see anything about this on the FAQ pages, so sorry if I missed it.

No they haven't. My Steam inventory still shows the games and says "Sent to <email>" And Steamgifts still says "Awaiting Feedback."

Ok wait, the guy who won Freedom Force, on his profile says he's played 4.7 hours of it in the last week. But it's def. still in my inventory and hasn't been redeemed.

Revoke the gift and ask the support for a reroll.

Sounds like he already owns the game. As Megagiga says, revoke it immediately and contact support. "Winner", on realising he/she already owns the game should already have contacted support him/herself to request a reroll, but probably hasn't...

I don't think there is a time limit. Since it passed one week, try contacting the winners first.

I didn't really want to add them to my steam list, hence why I sent via email in the first place. But I'll try that before contacting support, I guess.

There should be a limit before the giveaways expire. Like, 1 week to send gift, 1 week to redeem.

this is why I add winners to friend list in steam and send gifts there, or send keys via pm. so i am able to control the redeeming of keys/gifts...e-mail is evil)

All my gifts were sent via e-mail, the longest I had to wait for feedback was.. 4 days, I think. Guess the new users that get their first game don't know how to do it?

Though I've sent emails, I also add the person on Steam because you never know with email - it can go to their spam folder (happened to one of mine), they may ignore emails from people they don't know, they may accidentally delete it, it may simply get lost in the void, etc.

Funny user is online, won my gift but its the same. Cant get it delivered.. So im sure he is either busy etc.
Many do not check ( i know i dony usually) because i dont expect to win..lol.

But as soon as raffle was over, 2 minutes later it was sent, just waiting for it to land/recieve by winner.
i also added as friend just to cover all bases.
