Unlucky7 - A group for those that won 7 or fewer games [moved]

Hi, just a heads-up: I found a user in my Unlucky-7 GA who's not a member of Unlucky-7 or any of the groups / whitelist I've included. Seems to be a former Unlucky-7 member (9 wins, 1 no-CV gift, level 0). Wondering what's normally done in this case?
