I could do that, it does feel a bit pushy since these tend to happen without warning at any time, don't exactly like being that much of a bother.
Another potential way would be to simply do roaming to Paraguay since it's not in the list of blocked countries and I literally live across the river from it, I haven't tried it yet because 4G roaming is kinda expensive and a bit of a pain. For now I'll see if there's any VPN that let's me do this easily and for free like how Opera did since it's pretty much the only thing I use VPNs for.

+1 and thank you, this is the only one that has worked for me! 😻 Apparently it seems they've blocked ISPs used by Australia's biggest telco which had left me up a certain creek without a paddle. For anyone else make sure you force the play store to search for "viper vpn" otherwise it serves up VyprVPN instead.

Opera no longer works, tho I always got the error message of too many IP/blah even on 1st attempt.
And no, the other ones didn't worked before so I guess they'll continue failing, tunnelbear, windscribe, hola, so I guess Fanatical "freebies" site is dead to me.
