New: Report Users

You'll see a new button on profiles, Report User. If you click it, a form will appear where you can select a reason to report the user and provide us with additional information if necessary. Please use this new button when reporting users, as the related categories have been removed from support. This way, user reports are better organized, and we can deal with the most reported users first.

Was this ever pinned? If so, why did you unpin it? It's only been 12 hours since you posted this, that's about 3 hours short of making absolutely sure that all time zones' worth of daily forumgoers had at least one chance to view this.
