Suggestion:

Make the reports accessible/editable/at least visible by the user who submitted them. Right now, I can't even see if I reported someone, meaning I might forget it and accidentally submit another report for the same offence. Also, editing would help if the offence gets more serious (such as adding more fake giveaways), or if additional evidence is found (such as the members of a feedback fraud group). It should also be possible to remove/cancel a report if I find out I reported someone because of a misunderstanding.

And changing the "Notes" label to "Evidence" or "Evidence or Notes" would make it more clear that if possible, the users should provide some evidence. Having at least something in the "Evidence" or "URL" sections could raise the report's priority a bit.

Oh lol. Thought i was blind before. Wanted to report this user for a while.

I think this new feature might need a "maximum report per day" for every user.

Just looking at the latest wins and a bunch of private giveaways collected the button will be much be used by me.

Finally.

I think 1 report per minute should stop mass spam unless you already have that system.

I just looked at my profile and there's no report button there, so it means I can break all the rule and not be reported. :p

Oh and don't come tell me that it's because I can't report myself, that would be a ludicrous explanation. Everyone knows that people who break rules have an irresistible urge to report themselves.
