Help with a minecraft server!!!!

Hello guys,
im trying to start a minecraft server to play with my friends but i have some problems. I try to portforward my router but it doesnt let me. I do everything i find on internet but it just doesnt want to work. helppp!!!!! My router is a huawey hg8245h.

Is your IP static?

Have you tried using guides from Portforward.com? Link

i tried to swith my ip to static but im having trouble in finding stuff like the default gateway(it has random letters and signs) and the two dns types
