Trine 2 coupons not activating

So I'm trying to get a Trine 2 (the regular edition, not the complete one) coupon for a friend, but every time we get one from the Autumn Seal site, it fails to be added to our inventories. Anyone else having problems getting Trine 2 coupon keys to activate?

Also, if anyone has one (as an item, not as a key, as neither of us have had much luck activating those keys), I'd be happy to trade any coupon in my inventory but the Trine 2 DLC ones for it.

Yes, wrote that the content of the game will be added when you activate the full game. I thought that this is a discount coupon, but it looks different.

I got a code on the autumn site, activated it, seemed to work. BUT NOPE

I got 17 coupons from the seal, all worked for me.
