The group is basically a way for those that have been generous on Steamgifts to get a better chance at games they would like to win, as well as an easy way to give away games to such people. And though we don't require anyone to make giveaways for the group, because of the kinds of members the group has there are still many very nice ones being made (see link in the first post).

Actually if you go into your profile and hover over the sent/won amount a popup should appear that shows the real amount (unless you're on mobile since it seems to be broken for mobile users)

Hey Alvin04. Even though you do meet the 50 giveaway minimum, 5 of those are repeats of a single $1 game (Fated Souls 2-3 are also given away twice each), which seems like a kind of roundabout way to get past that rule. Sorry, but I'm going to have to ask that their be 50 unique games given away.

Hey moppelmurks,just wanted to let you know there has been a rule change for SGPillars where members are only allowed to have won up to $200 more then they've given to the group. I put out a group announcement about it a few days ago so hopefully everyone will get notifications about that. Unfortunately you're one of the members that has won way more from the group then they've given (see your "Value Difference" here), and are almost past the -$200 mark, so I wanted to make sure you knew just in case you didn't end up seeing the group announcement.

SG Pillars - Steamgifts contributor group
SGPillars is a group made for the most generous members of the Steamgifts community, and through their contributions keeping it active and running smoothly; This includes those who donate their time (moderators / support), money (Patreon), or who give far more then they receive.
To join and remain a member:
A. Steamgifts Moderator (any type).
B. Steamgifts Patron with a minimum of a 1:1 real CV ratio.
C. Regular Steamgifts member with a minimum of a 2:1 real CV ratio.
USERS WHO NO LONGER MEET THE REAL CV REQUIREMENTS (OR HAVEN'T GIVEN AWAY ANYTHING IN A YEAR) WILL BE KICKED AUTOMATICALLY! Please keep track of your real CV to make sure this doesn't happen. If it does happen you can re-apply later once your real CV meets the requirements once again. Group value difference is treated differently; If you drop below the group value difference limit (meaning you took waaay more then you gave to the group) you will be warned, and if you do not heed the warning you will be banned (not kicked). Banned users who want to re-join will be handled on a case-by-case basis.
If you wish to join please post in this thread. After checking that you meet the group requirements you will be sent a friend invite, and shortly after you accept it the group invite will be sent. The friend invite is needed because Steam no longer allows group invites from users unless they are on your friends list.
Note that Steam does not always show a notification when you receive an invite!
