why can't u make a giveaway?
I suspect that you created a giveaway before, but support deleted your giveaway for reasons, then the system failed to refund a giveaway slot back.
Is that what happened?

Yes, my giveaways were deleted but system is not allowing me to create a new one. It has been 5 months and no one cared to respond my ticket. But last night someone did when create a new one.
In this duration I see many things has changed and all. So I don't know the new rules and regulations.

some rules and regulations did not change at all, the rule to activate your wins on your steam-account for example is a very old and still valid rule.

For more than 24 hours or so i'm having an endless conversation with some support for allowing me to create a giveaway, but seems like there is no way around. He has no reason to stop but making unnecessary conversation.
Please simply answer the poll.
