I made a mistake somewhere, but no worries. I like this puzzle. Kudos for originality!

The hints stated the obvious for me.
I apparently can't get the right order or got some other mistake in there.
But have a bump anyway.
Maybe these hints help someone else. :D

Hello guys,
I am in dire need of assistance.
My roller coaster design pages have been all scattered by my intern, and I need to submit the design to my boss shortly. The thing is, I'm outside of the office at this Bolliger & Mabillard convention, so I need you to take care of it for me.
Your efforts will be rewarded, don't worry.
First, you need to figure out in which order those track sections belong.
Lucky for you, my design rules were pretty simple, so you should be able to follow these steps:
Once all the pieces will be in the proper order, I need you to input in the system the whole coaster, piece by piece. There are 5 pieces per section, each one measuring 6 feet of ground space.
The downhill pieces will be marked with an "i", while the flat or uphill pieces require a "o".
You might need to do some conversions before you can send the design to my boss.
I'm counting on you!
Here is what I will offer you for your time and effort:
Gurgamoth- EndedYou have until the end of the month. Thanks in advance, and good luck!
Definitions
Biggest single drop: One downward slope section that goes down the most
Largest overall speed gain: Section where beginning height minus end height is the largest
Tallest single ascension: One upward slope section that goes up the most
Longest flat section: Longest single piece without height change
Hints
Hint 1 - i and o can also be written 1 and 0
Hint 2 - You should get 8 x 5 subsections, each encoded as 1 or 0
Hint 3 - Put the whole sequence of 1s and 0s together as one big 40-character sequence before you convert back to text
I have made sure that everything is possible.
Expect a jigidi-separated coaster :)
Times it took me to solve each jigidi: 4 mins, 5 mins, 11 mins, 24 mins.
