I cannot enter to judge a website there, but if they are affirming this during their own website, in case they prove otherwise, they can receive a complaint, and it is a website that has been operating for years, at least I have not had a problem of any kind with this site, for what I consider it reliable, that other people do not consider it reliable, I can no longer enter to value it.
I also know many streamers and youtubers who advertise it, I don't think they are going to risk their reputation by advertising an illegal site or one of dubious origin.

Yes, there are authorized stores. Authorized stores get their keys from the publishers, NOT from Steam. Gamesplanet is an authorized store. Instant-Gaming is NOT. There is a reason they're located in Dubai, UAE.
That's why ITAD doesn't list them at all:

I have only published an offer at the lowest price I have seen, if you are not satisfied with it, do not buy it, I have not had any problem buying keys in this place. I don't know why so much drama for a simple offer and trying to teach something when you have contributed 0€/$ in this place.
