I'm not sure, I can't access to my Adroid device atm.
But here is the email I got:
"As a purchaser of select games from Amazon Digital Games you have earned a $5 credit valid towards games or applications from the Amazon Appstore for Android. We have added the promotional credit to your account and we will automatically apply the balance of your credit to your purchase."

When you buy other games on Amazon, you may get promotional credit for other games. I have $60 credit myself; $40 of them seems to be unstackable $5 credit for the preorder of NBA2k14. :/

You may want to verify your $5 appstore credit by clicking the "redeem a gift card or promotion code & view balance" link found on every app's product page. Using the OP's link, I see an unhelpful balance of $404.70 in credit under the very ambiguous heading of "Software/Video Games". ?_?
I saw $5 promo listed earlier today on another forum, but with a list of qualifying $1 & $2 PC games. So, good catch with the free demo. If it wasn't for the risk-free element, I probably wouldn't have tried it, assuming I'd surely gotten a credit already from one of my many steam-redeemable amazon purchases.

How do I use it ? I'm afraid my purchase will be charged on my card.

I wasted that 5 bucks on Vice City and I can't install it because for some reason it first needs to be installed on internal memory and it isn't possible for me :( Is there any way to get a refund? They don't wrote anything about this on the store page so it's their fault.

You guys should try using: www.swagbucks.com/refer/swaggernator2013
It's an online rewards site that is kind of similar to playfire. There are games on there as well as video adverts etc, and you can earn a lot more than just $5 from Amazon, Paypal and plenty more.
