i have a non-russia version borderlands 2

my friend who from russia wanna send me a season pass so we can play the new dlc together

so the question is : can i activate a russia store season pass on my non-russia version?

No. They have different app IDs.
Check CDR for more info.

Also -> /?cc=ru ???
