Solution - Giveaway 1

Each bigger code is in a pattern: one or more vowels followed by one or more consonants, all in alphabetic order. Separating each code using the pattern as a delimiter gives you several smaller codes:

Now you have to know a bit of English or use an anagram solver to turn each smaller code into a word:

With a bit of googling, you can find out that each line is a lyric to a song, all by the artist ionnalee. The ™ is also a very small hint about this. Replacing each line with the title of the song gives you:

Now all you have to do is to realize that the numbers in the brackets are the same length as the titles of the songs, and take the letters with a "1" for each line:

Solution - Giveaway 2

The puzzle for the second giveaway is very simple, all you have to do is navigate through the table using the directions given to you:

Where:

* N = North (Up)
* W = West (Left)
* S = South (Down)
* SE = Southeast (Down-Right)

The semicolons indicate where you have to stop and take a letter. The only thing you have to figure out is the starting point, "Me", which is hinted by the phrase:

The letter ? is me.

There are several ways to solve this:

• The intended way is to google that phrase with "ionnalee" and find out that it's a lyric from the song "Work". The original lyric is "The letter I is me.", which reveals that the starting point is the letter "I".
• Another way is to figure out that based on the offsets (11 up, 6 left then 2 down, 11 down-right and 10 up) there is a very limited group of possibilities that could be the starting point. Using bruteforce you can reach the giveaway.
• And a third way is to figure out that the letter must be unique (otherwise the starting point would be ambiguous) and realize that the letter "I" only appears once in the table.
