Steam Achievements Problem

So, yesterday I decided I'd do the achievements for Sanctum that are in the Playfire rewards in order to get £1.00 out of them, I also played Nosgoth for the first time to get the reward. Today I noticed that I got my reward for playing Nosgoth but I haven't received the £1.00 for Sanctum's achievements. Then I went to my steam account and I found out that it says I haven't even played the game, but at the same time I have the achievements. I guess I didn't get the reward because Playfire thinks I haven't played the game.
Should I contact Steam support or Playfire support? Or would playing the game again fix it? Thanks :)

You were connected to the internet when you played/earned the achievements in Sanctum?

You should probably contact Playfire support, I had similar problems and they fixed it

If loading the game and 'playing' more doesn't work and the steam achivements still says you have the achivements, contacting steam then playfire would probably be the best option, I imagine if playfire doesn't detect it when unlocked, it won't detect it at all.

I started the game again and the achievements were almost immediately updated on Playfire. Thanks for the comments. :)
