You've included the restricted regions as the regions eligible for the entries. Which means you are gifting to the regions that aren't supposed to be able to redeem. Happy Cakeday and Cheers, Cruse~

I think you messed up Zombie Army Trilogy as well. You have the restriction set so that only people from Germany can enter, but I don't think they can activate the standard version.
Edit: You have to click "select all" in the region restrictions and then remove Germany so they can't enter.

I read in other threads that quite a few of the users here missed getting the bundle as they paused the month. There were deals for Metal Gear Solid on GMG prior to this. Many may had picked it up then which may have prove last month's monthly to not worth the price. Cities Skyline is also DLC heavy so it may not be everyone's choice. I wouldnt had bought Cities outright if it wasnt in a bundle. Alot of the users are please to see whats inside the reveals but only SEVEN interests me than the rest. I guess that answers for you? :D
