I wanted to enter DOOM but it says that i have not activated my gifts although this isn't the case..

"Your account is flagged as having some unactivated Wins or your profile is Private." But my profile is public and I have activated all my wins.

Try to sync your account on SGTool.
Go to Home > Sync and all it should works again!

Mmmh, try to sync first on Steamgifts and then Sgtool?
I had this problem few weeks ago and I fixed it syncing on SGTool only, maybe you need to sync on Steamgifts too, im not really sure...
