Ahh no rules been put in place by Chicken everyones chosen their own level or requirements, its a shame you can't enter everything but there's definitely some top stuff in there for lower levels too! :)

Nah it's just the custom rule had a slight error within it. You can still pass giveaways but can't enter them! It actually gives you a message telling you that you already own the game!
