Metro Last Light Sound Problem

Hello, I recently got Metro:last Light, but am having sound issues while running the game. Everything said sounds all fuzzy and isn't clear at all. Even just walking around and doing nothing, there's this wierd constant fuzzy static sound. I've googled and found the same issue, but no solution yet. I already checked my drivers and my audio has been totally fine. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!
