I won a giveaway and this other dude did (found this out on his profile) and he hasn't been on for 5 days and has no copies of the game but he does have a redeemed version of all the games he give away so I'm wondering if he doesn't know how to do the gift system or what there's no humble store version so what heres the games he giving away and have already won by someone

It does say 14 hours on SG. Steam doesn't show you're online when you're logged in a browser.
