I'm asking as to discourage people from raiding the shop for easy CV, thus leaving hardly anything for the rest of us.

Raiding? You can buy one copy.

And yet, certain people regularly post multiple copies for giveaway. Multiple accounts are a thing.

I know what you're saying, but if a quality game is there, it's gonna get taken fast regardless of how many people are making giveaways for it here. Y'know. People getting some cheeky keys to give to their friends or to resell for actual cash. Giveaways are pretty alright if you think of it like that.

Also should they really all be counted as bundled? I mean...

I'm pretty sure they're all counted as bundled, or they will be for any new ones. Although it's more likely that they're being resold rather than being given away here on SG, is why some of the more popular games are gone so quickly.

People are not raiding it for CV gain to the extent that you are implying.

On the other hand Boiling Bolt had dozens, including one with 7 copies.
I can give a single example supporting a point as well.

I believe the thread was created due to being upset about not being able to obtain that particular game (Heroes Of Hammerwatch). So that is the focus of my comment. Claiming that it was sold out quickly for CV gain is false. I could be wrong about the users reason of course.

no, no, you got it wrong!
people work hard to get those coins, just like tremor or any other "complete this survey and get free cents" site. ❤️️
we can't just bundle games like that, the labor movement could sue steamgifts! 😱

And now that we've sufficently promoted multi-accounts on Chrono can we please close this thread since your question was answered 43 minutes ago?

Free games of significant quantity go to the Free list.
Free games of limited quantity or with significant restrictions go to the Bundled list.
Free games that come secondary to something requiring purchase, or which come in extremely limited quantity, are usually ignored.
(Staff assigns list status based on likelihood of exploitation, so consider the above only as being the usual expression of that fact.)

There are some uncertainties relating to how staff is currently handling the lists, but so far there's nothing indicating the above structure has changed. Within that established framework, you've no need to be concerned about Chrono.gg games not being added to (at least) the Bundle list. As indicated by previous posters, it's best to put in a support ticket for such matters. Not only is it most likely that any exceptions to the above structure are simple oversights, but staff can give you a clear explanation for any situation where a game remaining unlisted isn't due to oversight.

As a further note, exploited games of any value go toward grey market sites, not toward CV. SG just isn't the typical target for that kind of exploitations. As such, it's going to be the low-cost freebies that'd be the ones you'd see posted most on SG, and they're generally offered with the sort of low-cost and significant quantity that'd get them put on the Free list.

In short, if you encounter a freebie that doesn't make it to either list, assume one of staff oversight or that you wouldn't have been able to get a copy in the first place. :P
